Let me tell you my story. One day I decided to become part of the 1%. The fact is, 99% of people fail on the dreams they set for themselves. Just because they don’t take action every day for a long enough time. 

I’d failed for too long, more than 20+ years to be exact. So one day I decided to be in the 1% of the best photographers in the world. I also decided that I would build the best platform for photographers who decide to become part of the 1%.

The idea came after listening to my mentor, who told me what it takes to become a pro at something. When you commit to taking action every day on your dream to become the best at something, then the results come.

So I decided that for 6 months I would create 3 macro images every day. I also decided that every month I would switch niche, so I could dig into different styles and opportunities. This meant that for 5 days a week, I would try to create the best 3 images I could. If I do this for 6 months, I will have 120 amazing images under my belt.

If the ratio is 20/80 as my mentor told me, that means that I should get at least 30 good images that are worth sending out to big publishers and stock libraries. But I didn’t stop there; I also challenged myself to make $100 per day with these images.

Most amateur photographers think that this isn’t possible. But my mentor showed me an easy method for how thousands of amateur photographers around the world are making crazy money. All you have to do is open an account on one or more stock libraries, and then upload your best images.

But you need to do it wisely. You need to first do a little research on what styles and formats perform the best, what are the top search keywords, how ranking and reviews work, and then select a niche that resonates with you and your work. You also need to take into consideration the equipment you have and the location where you live. You can’t go into traveling or wild animal photography if you don’t want to travel. And you also can’t go into high fashion if you don’t live in a big city where lots of top models are available to hire.

But these are just my thoughts. Maybe that’s the way to go into all these niches, no matter where you live. Maybe I just don’t know how because I don’t have the right connections. 

And that’s the main reason why one day I decided to open a Mastermind Group for Photographers, who would like to become part of the 1%. Because I believe that if you change the circle of your top 5 friends, your mindset and net worth will also change. If you surround yourself with top photographers from all parts of the world, who are doing all styles of photography, who are making money in all kinds of ways, who are willing to share their secrets with others, then I believe you will not fail.
